This works by turning your usb into a virtual padlock for your computer, work away like you normally would whilst your device is plugged in. But should you unplug the device, the computer will cease to work until the device is returned. Should you lose your device you will have to enter a password that you determine to regain control of your computer, so don’t worry you won’t be out of luck if you do happen to misplace it.
